Vital signs, problems, allergies and medications
- “Vital signs”, then “Enter”: blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, SpO₂, weight, height, blood glucose, arm circumference.
- “Record a problem” adds a diagnosis or history item, with the ICD-10 code if you know it; “Mark resolved” closes it.
- “Record an allergy” or “No known allergy”: this information protects prescribing.
- “Record a medication” keeps current treatments; “Mark stopped” when the patient no longer takes it.
