Write and sign the note

1. Click “Add a note” and choose SOAP note, Follow-up note or Triage note.
2. Fill in Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan.
3. Click “Validate and sign”, then type your 6-digit authentication code.
4. A signed note is never erased: to correct it, “Amend” with the reason.
5. Finish with “Close the consultation”.
