Write and print a prescription

1. In the consultation or in “Prescriptions”, click “New prescription”.
2. For each medicine: dose, route, frequency, duration in days, quantity, refills and instructions (in French, Creole and English if needed). “Add a medicine” adds a line.
3. Tick “No substitution” if the pharmacist must not change the product.
4. Click “Sign” and type your code: KlicSante may ask for a reason if an alert is overridden.
5. Click “Print”: choose your printer, or “Save as PDF”.
