Subscribe a relative (KlicSante Family)

1. On the clinic’s public page, click “Subscribe a relative”.
2. Fill in the request, then “Send the request”: the clinic obtains the relative’s consent.
3. To follow the subscription, sign in to KlicSante Family with your email and the code you receive.
