Triage a patient

1. Open “Triage”: the “To triage” list shows arrived patients.
2. Check allergies with the patient and tick the matching box.
3. Record the reason for the visit and vital signs, then choose the triage level (level 1 is the most severe) and “Urgent” if needed.
4. Click “Finish triage”: the patient moves to “Triaged, waiting for the doctor”.
