1. In “Billing”: exchange rate (1 USD in gourdes), approval threshold, service catalogue and MonCash accepted.
2. Tick “The front desk takes payments” if reception also runs the register.
3. The billing currency and the currencies accepted in cash are set in “Clinic”.
